Back in October 2013, Conor was invited to address this conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia organised by TMI Consultancy Malaysia. It was a major event attended by several of Malaysia's top companies. He ran a Masterclass entitled 'How to Create a Personal Service Quality Revolution in your Organisation'.
